Even though it was raining hard this morning, our FE UGM futsal community played the first futsal game in 2012. Albeit a bit rusty and got tired a bit too fash due to lack match practice, I scored 3 ‘screamers’ in a quite entertaining game. Not bad! Happy.

I went to visit my team who participated in a job fair held in Senayan City. It was a packed event, with thousands of job seekers eagerly looking for vacancies. Which left me wondering: why is it so hard to find good people then?

It’s always great if your favorite team win, isn’t it? Especially against our traditional fierce rival. This was what happened when we watched Man Utd vs Liverpool premier league match in Beerdy, Gandaria City last week. Man Utd marches on! Liverpool.. to the sea!

In a surprised setting, I received my farewell gift from my RBS colleagues in a Karaoke fun night. It was a mini figure of me as golfer with a brilliant words below. Nice. Here I was pictured with Yudhi, the other RBS colleague who also just left the bank. Thanks a lot friends! You’re the best!

Our lovely cat Shaman turns 1 year today! He’s been a joy to our family. God bless Shaman! Send your ‘birthday messages’ to him here! Hehehe…

During my business trip to Jambi for our new branch opening this week, we managed to play a round of golf in 9-holes course of Padang Golf Jambi. Playing with our bank’s business clients, we found out the course is quite challenging. The grass is not bermuda grass, for sure, and the green speed is hard to judge, but we still had fun, as there are many worse things to do than spending half of your working day in a golf course, no matter how it is

Although we started from two different cities (Mas Oyi started from Purwokerto), we reconvened for a short break and dinner at Rest Area KM 227 Palikanci toll road. The kids were glad to meet each other again at the end of this Kresnadi trip, even only for 30 minutes over dinner!

Time to drive back to Jakarta, and prepare for 15 hours of drive! We took combination of south-north route from Jogja, via Kebumen-Banyumas-Purwokerto-Bumiayu-Indramayu-Cikampek. Although the view is relatively better in the south route (combination of paddy field and mountain), the road is relatively smaller than north route and packed with motorcycles!

Even good thing must come to an end. We conclude the Kresnadi Tour in Jogja, but before that, we took a picture in front of our hotel, the revamped Ambarukmo hotel. See you in next trip! Soon, hopefully.

Well, we couldn’t resist the temptation of going to the most famous street in Jogja: Malioboro. After Mas Oyi and family left Jogja earlier to Purwokerto, we continued our day to stroll along Malioboro and bought souvenirs along the way. Happy!
